Rodolfo Baquier is a freelance illustrator and designer based in Mexico.

He takes inspiration from nature, especially flora, fauna and food, artisans, folk art and all things handmade; His work is the amalgamation of different layers seeking for unique pieces full of character and soul. After living and working 5 years in Mexico City in his co-founded studio SKINPOP and 6 years in New York City as a Senior Designer/CCO with Vault49, he’s now based back in Mexico as a full time freelance studio.

He says: “I have never been to Gaza and don’t know anyone there, or from there, I just think what’s happening is horrible and want to do anything I can with my work to speak up.”

100% of money made from Rodolfo’s designs through Revolting Threads will be split between the Gazan artists and a number of UK registered charities and NGOs, all providing aid on the ground in Gaza - full list on our CHARITY page.
