Where does the money go?
We set up Revolting Threads with a simple aim:
To raise funds and awareness for Palestinians through art and clothing.
We are a not-for-profit collective — we don’t make any money from this project.
Revolting Threads is a UK-registered not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC).
Profits from ALL DESIGNS
From every sale - whether it features work by Palestinian artists in Gaza, or designs created elsewhere in the world - we split all profits 50/50:
50% goes directly and equally to our group of Palestinian artists, so they receive fair and consistent support.
50% is donated to trusted charities and organisations providing emergency aid and long-term support on the ground in Gaza. (Please see below.)
We work directly with each artist (or their family, where needed) to ensure funds are transferred as quickly and safely as possible.
We are committed to full transparency. If you have questions, please get in touch.
UK Registered Charities:
International NGOs:
We’re working towards being able to support smaller, grassroots charities and community groups who are doing vital work but often receive less international attention or funding. We’ll update here when we can.
We intend to review and select one or more of these organisations each month to receive donations, as this approach allows us to respond to urgent humanitarian needs and maximise impact.
We will maintain full transparency by publishing recipient details regularly on our website. If you have questions, please get in touch.
