Malak (7) and Joud (5) are two young sisters living in Gaza with their parents, Nour and Majed. Since the beginning of the war, their family has lost their home and all their belongings. They now face unimaginable conditions, living under constant bombardment with no access to food, water, or medicine.

Their mother, Nour, shared:

“My children live in constant terror. Every night they ask me, ‘Mama, will we survive?’ ‘Mom, why are they destroying our homes?’ I don't have an answer. How do I explain that the world sees our suffering but does nothing? We are not asking for much, but a chance to survive.”
